Key Responsibilities: Start up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production machinery and equipment Respond promptly to maintenance calls and equipment issues on production lines Perform preventive maintenance on machines, pumps, motors, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems Diagnose equipment failures, complete repairs, and conduct basic root cause analysis to minimize downtime Troubleshoot worn parts and rebuild machine assemblies, pumps, valves, cylinders, and actuators as needed Utilize mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic PLC troubleshooting skills Complete work orders in a timely manner and maintain accurate maintenance records Monitor spare parts inventory and report usage and re-order needs to management Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while properly maintaining tools and equipment Follow all company safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions, injuries, or accidentsAdditional Responsibilities:Perform other duties as assignedThe Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove duties and responsibilities of this role as needed to meet business requirements.
