This position requires close collaboration with Product Development Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Equipment Development teams to drive innovation, improve capability, and ensure successful product launches. The successful candidate will leverage deep manufacturing and process engineering expertise to develop robust production processes, optimize existing operations, and support advanced cable technologies from concept through full-scale production.
