The candidate will work closely with project managers, program managers, engineers, architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to develop acquisition strategies, resolve contractual and business issues, and support project cost, schedule, and technical objectives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction, facilities, A&E, or capital project procurement and subcontracting, with demonstrated experience managing procurements from acquisition planning and solicitation through negotiation, award, administration, modification, and closeout.
