Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial activity across a portfolio of clients, ensuring all transactions are recorded and maintained accuratelyReview and approve vendor invoices, expense reports, and disbursements to ensure compliance with client expectationsCoordinate recurring and off-cycle payment processes, including compensation distribution and related reconciliationsMonitor client cash flow, track account balances, and facilitate timely transfers between accounts as neededPartner directly with client representatives to address financial questions, provide updates, and resolve issuesPrepare and review account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely resolutionMaintain organized and up-to-date financial records across multiple systems and platformsCollaborate with internal leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiativesManage competing priorities across multiple clients while maintaining accuracy and responsivenessContribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability within the accounting functionAssist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects based on client needs. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or client-facing financial operationsStrong understanding of general accounting principles and financial workflowsExperience supporting multiple clients or business entities simultaneously is preferredBackground in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment is highly preferred.
