Reporting to the Global Payroll Director, this leader will be accountable for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payments to employees, government agencies, and unions, while developing and leading a team comprised of both internal and external support that is responsible for these complex, audit-sensitive processes. Partner with the Labor Relations Director to interpret collective bargaining agreements and oversee the administration and accuracy of union-related payroll activities, including dues, benefit contributions, remittances, and collective bargaining agreement requirements.
