Controller Trident ConstructionControllerNORTH CHARLESTON, SCServe as a financial partner to Project Managers, providing guidance on job costing, projections, WIP, and cost‑to‑complete analysis Oversee and review job cost reports to ensure costs, commitments, and change orders are accurate and timely Actively participate in WIP reviews and project forecast discussions with Operations and Leadership Ensure subcontractor pay applications are reviewed and processed in accordance with contract terms, approved scope, and project progress Monitor and support proper processing of subcontractor and owner change orders to protect margin and cash flow Assist in identifying cost trends, risks, and opportunities at the project level. Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and job cost accounting Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning processes Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury‑related activities Ensure compliance with tax filings, licensing, bonding, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
