Ensure sufficient supply of household necessities such as food (minimum of one week worth of food), program supplies, cleaning supplies, completion of all maintenance requests, etc. and is responsible for the overall appearance of the home. This also includes; but is not limited to monitoring completion of OJT packets, new employee orientation, assisting with performance evaluations, scheduling, preparing job assignments, completing reviews, disciplinary actions, etc.
