The General Manager of Populus leads commercial performance across budgeting, forecasting, revenue strategy, and expense discipline, in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Food and Beverage leadership. The General Manager builds and develops a visionary executive team, creates the conditions in which associates grow and choose to stay, and works alongside People and Culture on hiring, engagement, and leadership development.
