Review monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations as assigned, including the following: Review stockholders' equity and stock-based compensation analyses, including equity and grant roll forwards, compensation expense, performance-based restricted stock units, and related accounting entries and disclosures to ensure appropriate treatment under applicable accounting guidance.
