Position Summary: Performs general maintenance duties of Pioneer properties including the Headquarters office, branch offices, and managed real estate locations. Key Responsibilities: Completes repairs to plumbing, electrical, low voltage cabling, carpentry, masonry, drywall, flooring, painting, HVAC systems, and banking equipment.
