The Director serves as a senior escalation point, aligns project execution with business objectives, and partners with Engineering, Project Controls, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, HSE, Finance, Legal, Commercial, and regional teams to deliver safe, compliant, predictable, and profitable outcomes. The position leads Project Managers responsible for a portfolio of complex engineered equipment and EPC projects and is accountable for consistent project governance, customer delivery, financial performance, risk management, and organizational capability.
