The incumbent will manage and monitor revenue, budget expenditures including transactions, prepare and process journal entries, invoice payments, check requests, cash reimbursements, purchase orders, reconcile department credit cards, review and analyze fund balances; manage ad-hoc hiring of graduate externs, postdocs, adjuncts, and contractors; process payroll for student workers, and enforce operating policy and internal controls. The School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management (STHM) has a distinguished tradition preparing leaders in the sport, tourism and hospitality industries and consists of one academic department with multiple degrees that serves over 800 students with over 40 full-time faculty and staff.
