p>Under the general direction of the Accountant III, the Accounting Officer performs duties that require independent judgment, initiative, and extensive knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices, procedures, and principles. Prepares, reviews, reconciles, and interprets various reports, and communicates discrepancies or variances to the concerned departmental units.
p>Provide support to the Maintenance and Operations Team including data entry for invoices and billable hours for work orders; processing and paying invoices; creating work orders and projects; filing; vendor follow up; sorting and processing mail and assisting with other related tasks as needed.
