The Chief Estimator will oversee the estimating process from initial project review through final bid submission, working with general contractors, construction managers, vendors, subcontractors, and field operations teams. This position focuses on contractor-side concrete estimating, including quantity takeoffs, detailed cost estimates, bid preparation, formwork, reinforcing steel, labor productivity, equipment costs, and concrete construction means and methods.
