Assist in analyzing Technology contracts transactions and programs, including internally developed software, cloud/SaaS implementation costs, hosting arrangements, software licensing, managed services, long-lived assets, impairment considerations, build versus buy decisions, acquisitions, and integrations; gather facts, document accounting considerations, and escalate complex judgments for Senior review. The Accountant, Technology Controllership will support the Technology Controllers Team by contributing to the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting, partnering with the GBSC, Finance/FP&A, and key stakeholders to support timely close activities, audit-ready documentation, compliance with Corporate accounting policies and US GAAP, and a strong control environment.
