The role translates the event plan into daily assignments, prepares the crew and equipment, monitors safety and quality, documents service, coaches Crew Members, and escalates site or staffing concerns through the applicable Campus Supervisor or Production Manager. Crew and Event Leadership Review the site plan, work tickets, forecast, service priorities, staffing, equipment, and materials before deployment and arrive early enough to prepare the crew.
