These operations may include but not limited to clinical support, participant personal care, recreational therapies, administrative, nutritional, participant transportation and/or day center activities, all of which ensure the efficient and effective delivery of health care and social services at the AltaMed PACE center. Experience working collaboratively with some and/or all the following disciplines nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and/or gerontology required.
