This role will work closely with the Director of Product Management, Director of Product Ownership, Director of Software Development, Director of Software Excellence & Enablement, key customers, Commercial teams including marketing and sales, Technical Training, and Unified Support to drive adoption, differentiation, and lifecycle success across the software portfolio. The role is accountable for the strategic direction of both existing and new software packages and platforms across on-premises and cloud deployments, with particular focus on warehouse execution systems, emulation, and warehouse control systems.
