Leads coordination of all interested parties (i.e. - IT, Phone Bank, Credit Administration, Enterprise Risk, Operations, Retail Branches, Underwriting, Collections, Legal, Compliance, Vendors) to ensure effective implementation and understanding throughout the bank. Support management in the building of business cases for addressing risks and opportunities and manage the implementation of the solution all aimed at increasing spend and balance growth, revenue, and profitability.
