In this role, you will: Lead the preparation and production of comprehensive, institutional-quality offering memorandums, including property descriptions, investment highlights, financial analyses, rent and sales comparables, market overviews, location analysis, aerials, maps, photography, and supporting exhibits. This position combines sales marketing, strategic brand development, and light financial analysis, with responsibility for producing sophisticated, accurate, and compelling marketing materials that position the team and its listings for success.
