ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design & Construction: Manages all phases of development, including conducting procurement of the architecture, engineering, and construction teams; implementing existing conditions assessments, programming, and feasibility studies; budgeting project costs; maintaining project schedule throughout construction; and tracking all aspects of regulatory submissions and permitting in anticipation of project close-out.
