Facilities Material Flow Coordinator Position Overview The Material Flow Coordinator coordinates the daily flow of materials, transactions, documentation, scheduling, and dispatch across operations and accounting — serving as a key connection point between Operations, Accounting, Sales, customers, suppliers, carriers, and regulatory bodies. • Coordinate and communicate inbound and outbound truck scheduling with carriers, customers, suppliers, and Operations; maintain weekly load and trailer schedules and dispatch third-party carriers for local, brokered, export, and supplier/customer loads.
