The Specialty Asset Manager I manages and maintains, under limited direction, a substantial & complex portfolio within a given segment of non-financial assets, i.e., closely-held businesses, life insurance, tangible assets, notes and mortgages. Provide expertise in the buy, sell, retain decision, for each assigned asset, as well as analyze, inspect, value, determine the highest and best use, maximize investment performance and manage risk associated with investment and management activities of assigned assets.
