Works with campus partners, in consultation with the Program Director, to connect students with research projects, scholarly events, post-baccalaureate preparation, and related opportunities; supports program and assigned portfolio initiatives at relevant campus events, meetings, orientations, and professional development activities. The position coordinates assigned program processes; maintains effective working relationships with educational opportunity programs, campus offices, research faculty, and community partners; and recommends improvements based on student needs, success outcomes, and operational efficiencies.
