Serve as an EHS client representative for assigned process development laboratories: attend relevant work-center meetings, provide EHS guidance, support inspection planning and follow-up, review change controls and job hazard analyses with the lab teams, identify and escalate risks, participate in investigations and corrective actions, and maintain a visible, collaborative presence in the work areas. As an EHS Manager, you will provide leadership and ownership of site-level contractor safety and high-hazard work programs, build strong working relationships across laboratory, facilities, engineering, security, contracted service teams, and construction projects, and help employees and partners identify and manage risk.
