As our business continues to grow, we are hiring a Business Operations Lead to help us manage the operational side of the business and ensure all of our initiatives across clients, sales, revenue, systems, and partnerships stay connected and moving forward. What you’ll be doing: Own the operational side of the client lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, engagement changes, renewals, billing, and client engagement wrapup, and maintain strong partnership with our other functional leads.
