Support production releases and test activities involving new workflows, interface changes, configuration changes, and operational requirements, working closely with the IT Operations Lead, Ab Initio support resources, infrastructure teams, PeopleSoft administrators, developers, and trading partners. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational discipline with hands-on understanding of workload automation, batch execution, incident response, runbooks and SOPs, release support, and coordination across infrastructure, application, and interface support teams to maintain reliable business processing and system interfaces.
