The Senior Manager partners closely with Accounting, Operations, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, efficient processes, and effective management of franchise accounting activities, while leading and developing the Accounts Receivable and franchise accounting team. Define, track, and report on AR performance KPIs (e.g., DSO, collection effectiveness, past-due aging) and other reporting and analysis on receivable trends, collection activity, and outstanding balances, using performance data to drive accountability and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
