Working onsite as an integral member of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO), the analyst coordinates across headquarters staff, subordinate organizations, functional communities, and mission partners to translate strategic objectives into prioritized initiatives, measurable outcomes, and executable plans. Demonstrated knowledge and experience across digital transformation, data governance, enterprise architecture, data-driven decision support, technology adoption, and organizational change management, with substantive experience in at least two of these areas and the ability to integrate them into organizational strategies, policies, and implementation roadmaps.
