The After-School Teaching Assistant contributes to a safe, engaging, and supportive environment by encouraging participation, building positive relationships with youth and families, supporting social-emotional development, and assisting with recreational, cultural, holiday, and community-building activities. The After-School Teaching Assistant works collaboratively with the Activities Coordinator and Program Leadership to plan, coordinate, and facilitate daily programming and special events for children, youth, teens, seniors, and families.
