As a Technical Specialist, Specialty Liability, you will be responsible for managing and investigating moderate complexity injury and/or property damage claims including customer contact, determining coverage, evaluating liability, assessing damages, establishing timely reserves, and issue timely and accurate payments within appropriate authority and oversight. Gather and thoroughly investigate information by contacting all relevant parties to determine coverage, evaluate liability exposure, assess bodily injury and/or property damage, and establish appropriate reserves in accordance with policy terms and management guidance.
