Experience with CNC machinery, machine tools, fabrication equipment, welding equipment, conveyors, material-handling systems, assembly equipment, or similar industrial machinery is highly valuable. This hands-on leadership role requires strong knowledge of industrial production equipment, electrical and mechanical systems, industrial automation, preventive and predictive maintenance, and team leadership.
