ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the development and implementation of an integrated Workforce Development Program at We Are CASA in Pennsylvania centered on three core components: ESOL, vocational training (including both soft and hard skills), and job placement, ensuring that these services respond to the needs of We Are CASA members and the local labor market. Build and maintain employer and workforce partnerships (homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, businesses, unions, community colleges, training institutions, government agencies, and other community partners) to expand quality training and job opportunities for We Are CASA members.
