Reporting to the Divisional HR Director (DHRD), the AHRD directly supervises Benefits and Leave Administration, leads HR Information Systems (UKG Pro/Ready), and ensures departmental processes remain efficient, confidential, and fully compliant with federal, state, and local laws, as well as Salvation Army policy.
