The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within Selective Soldering, Robotic Soldering, Wave Soldering, Hand Soldering, Wash, Mechanical Assembly, and Conformal Coating departments in a PCBA contract manufacturing facility. Maintain an active, hands-on presence on the production floor to support employees, monitor workflow, and address production issues in real time.
