Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Care, the role directs operations across donor recruitment, donor services, customer experience, component manufacturing, product management and distribution, immunohematology reference laboratory, quality control laboratory, materials management, physical operations, Blood Establishment Computer System (BECS) administration, and biomedical engineering to ensure effective, coordinated blood center services. Drive continuous improvement across the blood bank and apheresis program by streamlining workflow, eliminating inefficient or outdated manual processes, reducing controllable product loss across supply chain receipt, collections, manufacturing, testing, and distribution, and improving the Institute's ability to deliver existing and new products and services to hospital customers.
