Candidates must meet one of the following: A bachelor's degree in a Human Services field, plus at least two years of direct experience working with individuals affected by mental health disorders, substance use disorders, intellectual or developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or related high-need populations. At Pathways to Life, we believe behavioral healthcare extends well beyond the therapy appointment or the prescription; it includes housing, transportation, employment, food security, and the everyday systems that determine whether someone can actually follow through on a treatment plan.
