This position is responsible for developing, lead, and implement institution-wide inclusive excellence initiatives, programs, professional development and best practices that foster student and employee success, strengthen community engagement, and advance equitable access to resources and opportunities for all stakeholders, with particular attention to the needs of historically underrepresented populations, including Latinx, immigrant, refugee, and multilingual communities. 3. Facilitate, coordinate, and deliver campus-wide professional development initiatives focused on cultural competency, inclusive excellence, access, belonging, servingness, restorative and healing-centered practices, and other evidence-based strategies that foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for students, employees, and community stakeholders.
