The HVAC Maintenance Employee is responsible for managing assigned maintenance activities within the facility's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including creating their own work orders, accurately documenting work performed, recording labor and relevant parts/materials, identifying follow-up work, maintaining equipment history, and completing and closing work orders in a timely manner. Safely perform work involving boilers, air and water balancing, pumping systems, lifting and mobile equipment, elevated platforms, scaffolding, ladders, man-lifts, and confined spaces while supporting safety, training, resource conservation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
