This position is responsible for the 24x7x365 operational management, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of application, web, and middleware components within complex enterprise environments.The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in a range of application technologies and platforms including IBM WebSphere, Apache/Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, Red Hat JBoss, JAVA, and Microsoft IIS, among others.Key Responsibilities:Application Administration:<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Perform daily administration of vendor software, application memory, storage, and integration with networks and OS.</li><li>Manage application-level security, logging, auditing, replication, and high availability architectures.</li><li>Handle user access control, account creation, modification, and privilege management.</li><li>Execute and monitor application-level scripts and system jobs for operations and maintenance.</li></ul>Web Administration:<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Install, configure, and administer web technologies supporting web-based applications.</li><li>Maintain performance, security, and integration of web services.</li></ul>Middleware Administration:<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Administer middleware systems including configuration, updates, patching, and performance tuning.</li><li>Support middleware components across distributed computing environments.</li></ul>Middleware Planning and Implementation:<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Conduct version analysis, compatibility testing, and integration planning for middleware components.</li><li>Plan and execute middleware upgrades and new deployments.</li></ul>Middleware Sustainment:<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Develop and maintain operational processes to ensure middleware stability and up-to-date patch levels.</li></ul>Middleware Registration and Configuration:<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Configure middleware components after provisioning new server capacity.</li></ul>Job Scheduling and Execution:<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Schedule and execute scripts or system jobs for operational tasks and one-time changes.</li><li>Monitor and validate successful job execution and log outcomes.</li></ul>Account Management:<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Manage all aspects of application accounts for system operation, including account metrics reporting.</li></ul>Technologies and Tools:<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Web/Application Servers: IBM WebSphere, Apache/Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic Server, Microsoft IIS, Red Hat JBoss EAP, Oracle HTTP Server</li><li>Middleware Technologies: JAVA, Microsoft XML Web Services (.NET)</li><li>Scripting: Application Scripts, OS-Level Scripts</li><li>Security & Auditing: Logging, auditing, access control, COOP architectures</li></ul>Qualifications:Required:<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Strong experience in enterprise-level application administration (5+ years preferred)</li><li>Experience supporting 24x7x365 environments</li><li>Deep understanding of middleware and web technologies</li><li>Familiarity with job scheduling tools and scripting</li><li>Security-conscious mindset with knowledge of application access control and auditing</li><li>IAT II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+)</li></ul>Preferred:<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Experience working in DoD or DISA environments</li></ul>

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team and oversee the front desk and guest services operations of our hotel. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a guest services manager or in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.

This is an entry level hourly position. Plus bonus eligible based on guest satisfaction, monthly pay out!! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team and oversee the front desk and guest services operations of our hotel. The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for managing a team of guest service agents, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, and providing excellent customer service to guests. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
