Responsibilities: Provide age-appropriate nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or designated provider, applying basic knowledge of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet the needs of individuals and groups. Participates in developing and implementing patient care and discharge plans under RN direction, delivers nursing care and treatments as ordered, and assists with personal care and activities of daily living to maintain hygiene and nutrition.
