The Commissary Data Clerk acts as the primary owner of data execution in real time, partnering closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure all transactions, recipes, and inventory movements are properly captured and aligned with operational reality. Ensure accurate and timely entry of all production transactions in Oracle, including Batch/recipe execution, Lot tracking, Yield reporting, WIP and finished goods movements Validate that all data reflects actual production activity (no backdated or estimated entries).
