Minimum qualifications include a PhD or DBA in Accounting and a strong commitment to excellence in accounting research, teaching, and service, ideally evidenced by: a record of high-quality scholarship, with publications in top-tier accounting journals; demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels; effective leadership and service experience at the department, college, and/or university levels; experience building positive, collaborative relationships within and across departments; commitment to professional and constructive interactions with colleagues.
