Join the City of Fishers as our full-time Assistant Youth and Family Manager and work collaboratively with the Youth and Family Manager to support program development, daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service excellence at the new Fishers Community Center on-site childcare center. Assist in the development, execution, coordination, and evaluation of comprehensive youth and family programming by supporting implementation, monitoring participation and feedback, adjusting schedules and activities as needed, and contributing to goals related to program utilization, quality enhancement, member satisfaction, and revenue growth.
