This role leads Facilities/Infrastructure, Maintenance, Utilities, Security, and EHS, driving leadership accountability, employee ownership, regulatory compliance, and risk reduction while ensuring the long-term reliability, capacity, and readiness of the site’s physical plant to support business priorities and future growth. As a key member of the site leadership team, this individual will lead site EHS, maintenance, facilities, utilities, and security strategies; oversee major capital and infrastructure investments; and partner across operations and engineering to support safe, reliable, and efficient performance.
