Responsibilities: Supports the NACME Scholars Program including coordinating scholar communications, tracking academic status updates, and assisting with portal data entry and reporting; Coordinates OSSE''s RLC programming and activities in collaboration with RLC coordinators and university life staff; Coordinates logistics for external partner programming and K-12 outreach events in collaboration with the OSSE Director; Serves as OSSE''s initial point of contact for CEC registered student organizations including NSBE, SHPE, SWE, IEEE, ACM, and others; Handles day-to-day administrative functions including room reservations, P-card purchases and reconciliation, Dynamic Forms creation, and general office operations; Supports planning and execution of OSSE signature events including BLAST-Off Week, Innovation Week, and OSSE Talks; and. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Relevant experience in an office/administrative position; Prior experience with financial reconciliations; Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and strong organizational abilities; Ability to effectively handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and anticipate and meet deadlines, while maintaining flexibility regarding changes in priorities; and.
