This role is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and continuously improving the plant Training & Development system, including training documentation, tracking processes, skill gap closure, onboarding plans, training records, and follow-up with leaders and trainers to ensure completion and effectiveness. Facilitate or coordinate training sessions as needed on operations, quality, maintenance, onboarding, and other plant-related topics; primary accountability is ensuring the training process is executed, documented, and followed through to completion.
