The Attorney partners closely with leadership across the organization, including Compliance, Risk Management, Human Resources, Privacy & Security, and operational departments to identify and mitigate legal risks, support organizational initiatives, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Minimum of ten (10) years of legal practice with significant experience advising nonprofit hospitals, health systems, physician organizations, or other healthcare providers on regulatory, operational, transactional, and contractual, governance, employment and litigation matters.
