Primary responsibilities include handling customer interactions at the counter or over the phone, taking and placing orders in the system, maintaining the showroom and warehouse in a clean and orderly manner, receiving orders, restocking warehouse, picking orders, packing customers' orders for delivery, calling customer to coordinate order pickup or delivery, partnering with sales reps to support customer needs, and loading and unloading trucks.
