Essential Job Duties: Shall coordinate with HVAC personnel to develop anFYPD+3 Optimization Major Repair and Replacement Plan which examines the entire inventory of regulated refrigerants and air-conditioning and refrigeration (AC/R) equipment, equipment condition and efficiency, and the availability of the equipment's refrigerant.
